After gaining a Dip AD, I worked in the Art and design field for many years eventually finding my niche in Special Paint Finishes.
I ran my own Special Paint Finishing Business and lectured for many years at the same time as developing and running my own course – ‘Release Your Creativity’, and bringing up my three children.
Throughout this time, I was interested in self-development and spirituality and was initiated as a Reiki Practitioner and then in Gaia.
In 2001, (having developed a very sore back, caused and exacerbated by twisting and turning on ladders of dizzying heights), I decided enough was enough and it was time for a change, and trained as a Life Coach gaining a Distinction from the Coaching Academy.
In 2005, I began teaching Life Coaching in groups at a local college, moving on to training Coaches to BTEC Level.
In 2003, I heard about EFT and began training, eventually reaching Advanced Level 3, (which is the highest Level available at the moment). I am ferociously curious about Energy Phychologies and in 2009 attended a training on NPA, Non Personal Awareness. I now combine this with all my other skills, with the objective of guiding and supporting my clients to make the differences they want to experience in their lives. This may be letting go of a phobia such as fear of flying or spiders, letting go of physical pain, reaching their ideal dress size or weight, or helping them move through grief or other emotional states and patterns of behaviour which limit them.One of my greatest pleasures is seeing my clients transform before my eyes. They look younger, their shoulders relax, they experience ease often for the first time in years.
