The Energy Cards have their root in the Ancient Chakra System and in the ‘Ink blot’ diagnostic technique pioneered by Dr Hermann Rorschach in 1921 where he realised they were a powerful diagnostic tool.
These images, described using acrylics, watercolour and pencil, are designed to bring memories, thoughts, beliefs into the conscious mind. These are then available to be worked with whether that is to reduce the fears, change the thinking or celebrate the positives.
They are suitable for individuals to work on and therapists to work with their clients.
The images are supplied in A5 format as a complete set with full instructions. On the reverse of each card is a detailed account relating to that Energy Point including the challenges and positives within that area.

Associated fears and beliefs could include the fear of being unable to trust that all is, and will be OK; inability to see the big picture.
6th Energy Point ~ Third Eye
Concerned with intuition, the intellect, logical thinking
Associated fears and beliefs could include fear of being wrong, fear or lack of respect for your own intuitive skills.
5th Energy Point ~ Throat
Concerned with communication and creativity.
Associated beliefs could include fear of being seen or heard; fear of expressing your wants and needs – emotional or otherwise; creative blocks.

Concerned with the energy of compassion, love, acceptance and all emotions.
Associated fears could include the inability to forgive; all emotions based in fear – anger, jealousy, resentment etc

Concerned with your place in the outside world – money, career, primary relationship and is the centre of creativity.
Associated fears and beliefs may be – dishonesty financial or relationship wise, fear of poverty, fear of failure, fear of success, loss of energy, self esteem through feeling financial powerless.
1st Energy Point
Concerned with family, home, security, group energy from family to the global community.
Associated fears and beliefs which may hold you back in this area may include fear of being alone; fears around security, parental love.
