We have over 200 energy points in our bodies, which were discovered over 4,000 years ago and are still used in healing today through well documented and researched therapies such as acupuncture and EFT
There are seven main Energy Points (or Chakras as they are called) situated along the spine, and each Energy Point holds different issues and energies. The Energy cards are designed to elicit deep healing through these points in order to lift your individual vibrations. As your vibrations lift, you are able to resonate on the same level as that which you desire and the result is that you are more able to attract what you want into your life be it money, love, health, security or chocolate!
These cards are designed to be used in a variety of different ways by individuals and therapists and are to be viewed from any angle – there is no right or wrong way, as there is no right or wrong impression. Your initial response is important as it alerts you to what you may need your attention drawn to whether that is the positive or negative. Each card contains an image and a synopsis of the Strengths and negatives held in each energy point.
1. Focus on the issue or problem and intuitively choose a card. Concentrate for a few minutes, noticing what you are thinking as you look at the card. Read the information and take notice of what you feel – what resonates and what repels you – both are important. Each card will bring up memories and emotions. These are brought to your conscious mind in order to be collapsed (if holding negative emotion) or celebrated and learnt from if positive memories and emotions.
Allow your thoughts to be random and notice where they take you.
2. Choose a card and meditate on it for 5 minutes a day. Look into the picture and see what you see and what it feels like. Let go of any thoughts and feelings which may arise outside of the image. An excellent exercise first thing in the morning.
3. Notice where you are physically uncomfortable and choose the particular card which relates to that part of the body. Pay attention to the fears associated with that Chakra and allow any mental discomfort to come to your mind. Give yourself permission to examine any fears and beliefs arising. Very often, bringing something into the conscious mind, allows it to heal – it’s a bit like opening a window in a stuffy room – negative streams out and positive streams in.
4. Congratulate yourself for the strengths you recognise within yourself in each point at the same time as accepting the negatives and devising a plan of action to bring you into greater balance.
