Strengths – Self confidence, assertiveness, courage, generosity, identity, self definition, boundaries, vitality, strength of will, purpose, intuitive guide (gut instinct) Integrity, personal pride, dignity.
Shadow – Limiting beliefs which cause fears around any of the above strengths resulting in; Lack of self esteem, self respect and associated fears, Shame, embarrassment, need for approval, narcissistic behaviour, loss of face, timidity, lack of personal identity, giving away personal power, domination, anger and abuse of others, victim consciousness, aggression, taking things personally, difficulty asking for help.
